POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery New Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
The HR analyst is responsible for all HR transactions including onboarding to offboarding procedures, data management, handling & resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with client team to draft offer letters for new external candidates and transfer letters for internal candidates
• Ensure that letters are generated promptly per the agreed process which includes verifying that all details match the system
• Ensure that all details within the system are reconciled for accuracy and conduct reviews to identify if there are any discrepancies between systems; follow up with the client team to correct these as required
• Manage employee data and ensure all information in the system is accurate
• Focuses on the accurate and timely execution of requests from employees and clients
• Manage employee files ensuring documents are scanned, indexed, and filed in correct file. Create new files and folders as necessary
• Provide first level functional support to customers needing assistance

• Open to College Graduates and Undergraduates with relevant experience in Human Resources
