Job Description
- Assist in analyzing business operations and identifying areas for improvement through data insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.
- Conduct data gathering and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets. Utilize various tools to create ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Support the execution of data analysis projects by performing statistical analysis and identifying trends and patterns that inform business strategies.
- Translate data findings into clear recommendations that align with business goals, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
- Monitor and assess data quality, suggesting improvements to enhance data integrity and accessibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging analytics tools to continuously improve skill sets and analytical methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
- SQL: Knowledge of basic queries and data manipulation techniques.
- Python or equivalent programming language: Basic understanding of libraries such as Pandas or NumPy for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment
