About Risk Management Services (RMS):

The Risk Management Services (RMS) Team at EY plays an important role in managing the internal risks of the firm associated with

accepting a new client or an engagement or risk associated with any of our ongoing audit/non-audit engagements. Formed in 2007,

RMS is growing rapidly as a Center of Excellence for all standardized quality/compliance related activities. The individual will be part

of RMS Philippines Team composed of more than a hundred team members.

Job Description:

The Associate Analyst within RMS Philippines will support the Singapore Data Protection Office in ensuring compliance with

applicable data protection laws and internal policies.

Key job responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable data protection legislations (e.g., PDPA) and internal data protection policies.
• Support the implementation of data protection controls and help manage associated risks.
• Monitor compliance with the global policies, such as incident management and reporting, awareness raising, and
  
  

conducting training, assisting with internal audits as needed.

• Assist in the development, review, and monitoring of local protection policies and procedures (e.g. maintenance of data
  
  

protection-related registers).

• Stay updated on PDPA regulations, including new guidance issued by regulatory authorities.
• Actively participate in GDS Philippines and RMS Philippines programs, activities, and initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any course from a reputable educational institution
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in reading, writing and verbal English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on data protection trends and best practices
