l Performs actual research, organize and analyze information, cross check and validate information.
l Assist In The Monitoring With The Following
l Support the DPO in maintaining reference file, review and monitor new and updated regulations
l Support in calendaring DPO activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
l Support in the maintenance and keeping record of data privacy requirements for third parties (e.g. clients, vendors, processors, and affiliates)
l Support the Data Privacy Office in maintaining reference file, review and monitor new and updated regulations
l Act as the message transfer agent for all transaction request between DPO and company legal
l Act as the primary message transfer agent for [email protected]
l Support the Data Privacy Office in its day-to-day information life cycle operations; and to
l Support the Data Privacy Office in monitoring the organizational data breach management program.
l Assist In The Monitoring With The Following
- Written reports
- Correspondences
- Document validation
- DPO asset register
- Check data privacy forms and documents for accuracy
l Support the DPO in maintaining reference file, review and monitor new and updated regulations
l Support in calendaring DPO activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
l Support in the maintenance and keeping record of data privacy requirements for third parties (e.g. clients, vendors, processors, and affiliates)
l Support the Data Privacy Office in maintaining reference file, review and monitor new and updated regulations
l Act as the message transfer agent for all transaction request between DPO and company legal
