What You Will Do

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Manager – Revenue Marketing to join the Financial Technology Go-to-Market marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the gathering and cleansing of data that drives marketing campaigns and initiatives, contributing to significant pipeline generation across the Financial Technology business. This includes managing the cleansing of existing data within our Salesforce CRM system as well as new data aggregation.

This position requires an individual who can ensure that all leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns are accurately tagged for reporting and campaign integration. The Marketing Data Manager will play a crucial role in building out Ideal Client Profile lists and Dream Customer lists and tagging them appropriately.

The Data Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing and developing one direct report., with the opportunity to grow and expand their team.

  • Oversee the cleansing and maintenance of data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency across contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to tag data accurately for reporting and campaign integration.
  • Develop and maintain Ideal Client Profile lists and Dream Customer lists, ensuring they are appropriately tagged for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns by providing clean and reliable data.
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and insights that can drive marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data alignment and support cross-functional initiatives.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in a data science or marketing analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and revenue organizations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Management experience is preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Marketing related industry
  • You must also be amenable to 3PM – 12MN throughout the work week and at least twice per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
