This role will be crucial in leading our data governance meetings, setting priorities for initiatives, establishing targets, and ensuring these targets are met to enhance our organization's data integrity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- With the guidance of the People Analytics Manager, lead the development and implementation of data governance strategies tailored to HR data, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives.
- Work closely with different business units to socialize and implement the data governance rollout; addressing their data challenges and maturity, and guidance required to elevate their data governance practices.
- Hold regular data governance meetings with the working group, fostering collaboration across business units to standardize data-related practices and policies.
- Set clear targets for the governance and quality scores for the critical data elements/assets and regularly monitor target achievement.
- Monitor the progress and success of the data governance initiatives to ensure accountability and achievement of goals.
- Work with non HR stakeholders such as Data Privacy Office, IT Teams, Digital Transformation Office, etc to ensure that HR Data Governance activities are aligned with overall company goals.
