Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend, AWS Glue, or similar tools.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations between Salesforce, internal systems, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Manage and monitor data ingestion and transformation processes to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Utilize Amazon MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow) for scheduling and orchestration of data workflows.
  • Work with AWS services such as S3, Glue, and HBase to build and maintain a scalable Data Lake architecture.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of data integration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Analysts, BI Developers, and Application Teams) to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.
  • Strong experience with Talend and/or AWS Glue.
  • Working knowledge of HBase, Data Lake architectures, and big data processing.
  • Familiarity with AWS services especially S3, Glue, MWAA (Airflow), and related components.
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
