Data Collection Specialist (customer service experience)

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Collection Specialist to join their team. This role would be responsible for gathering tax documents, assisting with projects and documents, responding to clients, and providing customer service.

WORK SCHEDULE: TBD (US Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide superior customer service skills
• Log in and close projects
• Assist preparers with gathering tax documents
• Communicate with clients
• Help with miscellaneous projects
• Organize production documents
• Handle a large volume of client emails

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
• Organized and able to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Able to quickly master routine administrative tasks by following written procedures
• Experience in a multi-client environment
• Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
• Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
