We are looking for a dedicated Data and Project Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building effective, accurate and efficient system solutions that serve Assessment Standards with essential and value adding information, data and reports. You will also be responsible for supporting projects including managing project documentation, updating reports, carrying out specific tasks as required by project leads, and tracking progress against timelines.

Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Quality Standards Team, your accountabilities will include:
- Design and build reporting solutions and visual dashboards to support operational performance tracking.
- Support project delivery and documentation across Assessment Standards and related business functions.
- Provide administrative support for quality monitoring of marking and moderation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and automate reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.

Essential:
- With at least 1 year of professional work experience, ideally focused in data analysis
- Excellent knowledge and proven use of MS Office, Power BI, and Power Apps
- Proven experience in building data reporting solutions and in project support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Good problem-solving skills
