Responsibilities

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Monitor the health, performance, and storage of databases and BI platforms
- Perform routine backups, recovery checks, and scheduled jobs
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
- Support BI tools (e.g., dashboards, reports, data refreshes)
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and escalating when needed
- Apply patches and updates under supervision
- Work closely with senior administrators, developers, and business users to ensure reliable data access and reporting
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to both database and BI platform technologies
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
