Data Analyst (Sales) | Remote

Global Finance Teams (GFT) is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support one of our U.S.-based Software as a Service (SaaS) clients in the B2B marketing and sales analytics space. This client is a fast-growing, venture-backed company that helps marketing and revenue teams measure performance and accelerate growth by centralizing and analyzing customer journey data across platforms.

You will work with the client’s Customer Success team and play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making for their end-users through analysis, dashboard creation, and client enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customized dashboards and reports using the client’s proprietary platform
• Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing and revenue strategies
• Support Customer Success Managers with implementation of complex reporting use cases
• Train internal team members on the analytical capabilities of the platform
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client-facing data work

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and transformation
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses
• Ability to understand how raw data is structured and parse it into usable formats for reporting and analysis
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights in a clear, structured format
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Willing to work night shift
