Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights that enhance efficiency, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and processing to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Generate reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
