- Any data analytics experience with the following mechanical equipment, such as electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment and other service facilities (including ductwork).
- Strong written communication skills
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
