Data Analyst (Fulfillment Planning & Analysis)

Overview:

The Fulfillment Planning Associate supports end-to-end fulfillment operations including inventory management, deployment, and aftersales services through data-driven strategies and analysis. This role provides actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality. The associate collaborates across teams to ensure smooth execution of fulfillment activities.

What you will do:

• Analyze operational data related to inventory, order fulfillment, deployment, and aftersales services.
• Monitor aftersales performance metrics such as SLA adherence, team productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer support, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Assist in forecasting parts and service inventory needs based on demand trends.
• Generate reports to identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing customer experience and servicing team effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in banking, fintech, digital wallets, or payment industries preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Tableau, and other data sources.
• Skilled in data-driven strategy with the ability to generate insightful, analytical reports.
• Experience in reviewing vendor contracts and negotiations is a plus
