Qualifications
- Excellent English Communication: Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Able to review and apply guidelines
- At least High School Graduate or College Level
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems
- Prior experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of BPO work experience, especially in e-commerce
- Experience in at least one of the following industries: FMCG, electronics, fashion, home décor, outdoor automotive, and motorcycle parts
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (office-based)
- Work setup: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Manila Time
- Can start immediately
