Key Responsibilities Include
- Own and deliver allocated data tasks as part of the wider data project including:
- file dives to identify and capture required pensions data
- report writing to agreed specification to capture data
- data analysis and reporting of that analysis
- building basic calculations routines in excel to specification
- setting up basic data request to Lexis Nexis updating data results under direction
- Deliver allocated data tasks accurately, to deadline and within scope and budget
- Communicate details of progress throughout the task to DSDT project owner calling out challenges and other constraints in a timely manner
- Ensure management information data is kept up to date and accurate in respect of allocated workload
- Ensure that all chargeable work is captured correctly on timesheets for billing purposes
- Provide positive contribution to ideas for process and ongoing improvements for DSDT Tasks
The Requirement
- Good technical knowledge of UK based pensions and experience of the delivery of data project tasks
- Proven ability to ensure allocated data tasks are delivered within required quality, timescales and agreed remit
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Evidenced ability to work effectively as part of a team supporting an inclusive working environment championing diversity within the team
- Good communication and numerical skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
