Responsibilities
- Records all error made by the Medical Data Associate (Encoder) .
- Validates the medical data uploaded by the Medical Data Associate (Encoder) in the system
- Maintains and updates soft and hard files of Physician and Provider records
- Uploads all the data received in the system (Payorlink and SAP) within the turn-around time
- Minimum of 1 year experience in HMO or insurance industry
- Identify and provide input to process improvements
- Accurate and timely set up in clinical planning and tracking database in a timely manner
- Experience with clinical/medical terminology
- Computer literate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
