What this job involves

• Conduct desktop 'Document Review Assessment' for 1200 sites globally on annual basis.
• Raise Work orders for gaps identified during the DRA.
• Coordinate and monitor the WOs with the Market/site facilities team till its closure on timely basis.
• Escalate as and when required as per escalation matrix
• Coordinate, Collect, review and update any other facilities related data as required.
• Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly report with all stakeholders.

The Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have

• Ability to conduct desktop reviews remotely
• Good communication skill to highlight any issues on timely basis
• Good analytical skill to understand and project data deviation for a site/country(market)/region
• Timely completion of deliverable
• Self-starter with aspiration to learn more and grow
  
  

Essential Criteria

• Graduate with minimum 3-5 years' experience in conducting desktop reviews/audits
• Experience of data governance to ensure accuracy, security & continuity of data.
• A strong orientation to goals and measurable results.
