Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.
• Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to internal teams and external clients.
• Design and create dashboards and visualizations to enhance understanding of business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Utilize graphs, infographics, and other visualization techniques to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify specific business opportunities and devise strategies to capitalize on them.
• Assist in project management for selected initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement data analyses, leveraging collection systems and optimizing statistical efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a liaison between staff and management, providing insights into company procedures, policies, and workflows.
• Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for various stakeholders, including reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
• Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects, from requirements documentation to design and execution.
• Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend updates to business plans.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant analytical tools.
• Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning.
• Prior experience with sales reporting.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
