Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience is preferred but not required
- Danish proficiency at any level (basic, intermediate, or fluent)
- Ability to clearly convey information and de-escalate challenging customer interactions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email inquiries in Danish and English
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by identifying core issues effectively
- Taking ownership of customer cases with timely follow-ups and escalating issues or potential improvements appropriately
- Meeting personal qualitative and quantitative targets
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Receptiveness to feedback and coaching for skill improvement
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- Cross-selling and upselling products and services through support work channels
