Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience is preferred but not required
  • Danish proficiency at any level (basic, intermediate, or fluent)
  • Ability to clearly convey information and de-escalate challenging customer interactions

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email inquiries in Danish and English
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by identifying core issues effectively
  • Taking ownership of customer cases with timely follow-ups and escalating issues or potential improvements appropriately
