Job Description
- Prepare and review import/export documents to ensure full compliance with BOC, PEZA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and coordinate the timely clearance of shipments with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate classification of goods, correct tariff application, and documentation for customs processing.
- Maintain records of permits, tax exemptions, and customs entries for audit and reporting purposes.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce lead time, cost, and enhance customs compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred; 1–2 years of experience in import/export or customs processing.
- Knowledge of BOC, PEZA, and related agency processes (e.g., E2M, BOC Portal, VASP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clearances efficiently.
