Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for Entry Management for English sites by answering calls, checking the cameras and granting access.
Job Highlights

- Managing customer queries by responding to calls from clients of Stealth Monitoring.
- Building basic reporting to help track, manage, and improve our efficiency and effectiveness across our communications.
- May be required to work in one or multiple work queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels, systems and tools, according to the business needs.
- Delivers at high performance level of response and resolution time, first-contact-resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, standard operating procedures.
- Escalates issues to the appropriate departments for higher levels of support.
- Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
- Open to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 2 years of experience
- Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North American clients.
- Willingness to learn new technologies in CCTV monitoring
- Always remain alert during working hours
- Ability to sit for long period of time while carrying out monitoring duties
- Ability to respond quickly and decisively to potential security situations
- Excellent team player
- Flexible in assuming assigned shifts
- Computer literate and excellent knowledge/willingness to learn of video monitoring softward
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
