Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Tackle customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Resolve account, order, and troubleshooting issues with empathy.
- Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
- Keep CRM and support tools updated with accurate records.
- Spot recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
- 2+ years of customer support experience (email, chat, ticketing).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Empathetic and professional — you make people feel heard.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly reliable.
- Remote-ready: Slack, Zoom, Notion, CRMs.
- Familiarity with David Ghiyam’s content — ideally aligned with or fans of his work.
- Bonus points if you’ve supported coaches, educators, or content-driven businesses.
