Customer Support Specialist | Makati, The Philippines
Mid-shift (3pm-12am PH time)
You'll be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be our customer’s first port of call and will help ensure that our customers get the help they need over email, chat, and phone.
What you will do:
- Manage a wide range of different customer queries through phone and email, providing communication that shows empathy, patience, and positivity
- Use your active listening skills to support customers to fully understand their needs and ensure that you are able to resolve any issue swiftly and effectively
- Think creatively about ways to deliver customer delight
- Work with teams across the business to share feedback about our product and processes
You should apply if you:
- Are able to handle difficult situations with empathy and find positive resolutions
- Have previous experience in customer support
- Can multi-task and manage your time, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- Are motivated to learn new concepts, try new processes, and contribute feedback
- Are willing to work on-site in our office in Makati, 5 days per week through the initial training period. Hybrid setup available upon successful completion of probation.
