Seeking dedicated Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time, non-voice role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through social media channels. What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through social media platforms
- Providing proactive and personalized support to maintain a positive brand image
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
