As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be the backbone of our campaigns, keeping things running smoothly and providing exceptional support.

This is where you’ll shine:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via eBay messages, email, and phone.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, including order status, refunds, and returns.
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor and manage eBay listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide consistent and accurate information.
• Identify trends and suggest solutions to improve customer experience.
• Follow company policies and guidelines for selling and customer service on eBay.

What you’ll bring in:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Familiarity with the eBay platform and e-commerce operations.
• At least 3 years experience in Customer Support or relevant roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Must be able to work fulltime on-site in BGC, Taguig
• Dayshift schedule (AU Client)
