- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Bilingual proficiency in Polish and English.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Capability to remain calm and deliver friendly service during challenging interactions.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with translation tools and methodologies is beneficial.
- Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.
