Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer support via email and live-chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries in both Polish and English.
- Translate our products into Polish using user-friendly tools.
- Regularly moderate and review the translations of fellow team members.
- Proficient in both Polish and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain calmness under stressful conditions.
- Familiarity with email and live-chat support tools.
- Previous customer support experience is preferred.
- A strong passion for assisting others and delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is advantageous.
