Key Responsibilities

Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Follow up on open cases to ensure proper and timely closure
Qualifications
Senior High School graduate (Grade 12)
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
Customer Service Experience Is An Advantage But Not Required
Basic communication skills in Filipino and English
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
