Your Role:

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will:

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with product or service issues.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints, offering effective solutions.
• Act as a bridge between customers and the company, communicating policies and updates.
• Gather valuable feedback from customers to aid in improving products and services.
• Handle customer conflicts professionally, finding fair and amicable resolutions.
• Document customer interactions, including issues raised, solutions provided, and feedback shared.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

• Strong communication skills for phone, email, and chat support.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with customer feedback and escalation processes.
