- Accounting data entry to support end of period reporting.
- Fulfilling orders with Operations covering invoicing new orders, set up of new clients/campaigns into the Card Database, processing data for card orders, maintenance of card printers and consumables.
- Handling of client files, briefs and job requests
- Creating outgoing mail lodgment reports
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining the inventory database
- Maintaining and archiving of job folders
- Experience working within a customer service and administrative environment.
- Excellent phone manner
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe suite
- A strong work ethic with an ability to consistently deliver to deadlines.
- Work within a team but also work autonomously.
- Flexible and amiable nature
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
