Your Role
As a Customer Success Advocate, you will:
- Completes/drafts Case Management
- Complete data entry tasks
- Establishing Client Accounts
- Engage with customers through Chat and Email Support
- Must have prior Chat experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Proficiency in English for both comprehension and written communication
- Order Fulfillment/Data Entry Experience
- Ability to multitask and use multiple applications simultaneously to assist with customer requests.
