Customer Success
- Number of Openings – 4
- Working hours: 9 am to 6.30 pm PHT (Work from Office)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
Key Relationships:
This role requires close collaboration with the Customer Success team to support various projects and tasks. Additionally, you will work with the Sales team to assist with demo planning, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and gathering customer feedback. Regular interaction with clients is also essential, addressing their new requirements and queries related to NetSuite.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities and be able to handle issues efficiently. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication in both customer interactions and team collaboration.
