- Lead the aftersales and service function, ensuring machines remain reliable after purchase
- Manage the team of technicians for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure spare parts availability and timely fulfillment of customer needs
- Oversee warranty claims, complaints handling, and technical support
- Conduct dealer and farmer training on proper use and maintenance of machinery
- Collect feedback from the field and work with management to improve products and services
- Build a service culture that blends family-business care with professional reliability
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical field
- At least 7 years’ experience in service/aftersales/technical support, preferably with agricultural or heavy equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery maintenance and spare parts
- Track record of managing technicians and service operations in provincial or rural settings
- Customer-oriented, able to handle escalations while maintaining relationships
