Customer Solutions Executive

As a Customer Service Specialist in our supply chain team, you will manage order processing, shipment coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to drive continuous improvements. Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Location: Binan, Philippines

Work Arrangement: 5 days in office

What you will do

• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders, effectively manage backlog and coordinate with various internal teams
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding their orders and shipment status
• Accurately manage billing and Credit Note (CN) issuance processes
• Continuously drive improvements with affiliates, focusing on order frequency, order level loading, Dangerous Goods (DG) management, SWAP planning, etc
• Participate in and collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders on various improvement projects.

What you bring

Experience & Personal Competencies

• 2 to 3 years of experience working in a Supply Chain or Order Management environment
• Strong collaboration, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and maintain good relationships with both internal and external teams
• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, Advance excel (Macro, SQL etc) and knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
