The Customer Service and Business Administrator (CS/BA) role ensures exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. Your Role
As a Zoom Assistant, you will:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email, SMS, inbound and outbound phone calls).
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for internal teams or management.
- Organize and maintain reports, records, and essential documents.
- Support team coordination by managing administrative logistics/tasks.
- Assist with basic project management tasks, event planning, and other business-related needs.
- Demonstrate commitment to completing tasks on time, accurately, and to a high standard.
Non-negotiables
- 3 years Customer Service Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preferred but not required: Knowledge of Zoom and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to report onsite as needed.
- Capability to make sound decisions in urgent situations.
- Open to college undergraduates and senior high school students.
- Reliable, highly responsive, and confident.
- Proactive, and able to respond promptly.
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support Coaches effectively.
- Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills.
- Very good level of computer literacy
- Experience in front of house contact centre setup and so as back-office admin work preferred.
- Showcasing or is possessing a positive attitude
