Duo Tax is committed to delivering top-notch service to our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced Customer Service Support to join our offshore BPO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and customer service, excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct follow-up with customers and provide product/service information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with our customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate company reps when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics and targets in line with company expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience ( 2+ yrs) in a BPO customer service role, particularly in an Australian BPO setting.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant background ( Business/Accounting/ Finance desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high workload volume.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- WFH - Must have your own computer device, access to back up power when interruption
- Must be residing in Metro Manilla
