PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily Sending of Payment Confirmation:
- Send SMS payment confirmations to clients based on reports provided by the finance department.
- Official Receipts/Cash Invoice Handling
- Endorsed to finance department the request of official receipt
- Sending the scanned copy of official receipts to clients upon request.
2. Welcome Letter Validation:
- Call clients to confirm receipt of welcome letters and to ensure that they are aware about the loan details. Specifically, the due date and amount of loan amortization.
3. Query Handling:
- Respond to client queries efficiently through email and phone.
B. OTHERS / ADMIN/AD HOC FUNCTIONS
1. Extends active participation during ROPA and collection meetings and related task orientations.
2. Ensures orderly and systematic filing of documents.
3. Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time according to the established productivity and service quality standards.
