About This Role:

As a Customer/Executive Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support the leadership team with key administrative tasks. This dynamic role involves project management, customer service, and operational assistance, ensuring both customers and executives are well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer communications, ensuring timely, clear, and friendly interactions.
  • Act as the brand’s first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Project-manage customer issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist operations with order management, invoicing, and basic data analysis.
  • Handle manual processes related to operational success and contribute to automation efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including email management, scheduling, and prioritization.
  • Help leadership manage tasks to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize ROI on projects and tasks.
  • Support leadership and the wider team by stepping in to assist where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen.
  • 3-5+ years of freelancing experience in customer service or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
  • Start-up experience preferred; willingness to adapt and handle varied tasks.
  • Team-oriented, solution-driven, and highly organized.


Shift Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, working hours during US EST
