- Handle account transactions and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide support for online banking services and security features.

- Educational Qualifications: High School (old curriculum), Senior High School, or College graduate
- Experience Level: 6 months of BPO experience or 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
