  • The position is responsible for ensuring quality output from Contact Center service providers by monitoring their attainment based on established service agreements.

  • This position is responsible for posting updates to social media platforms and websites. It is also required to answer queries from social media live events.
  • This position is responsible for enrollment, updates and cancellation of Ebill Email/sms applications.
