Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Provide a high level of customer service while assisting clients with maintenance requests, answering general accounting questions, and providing daily deed-related information over the phone, chat, and email.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive medium to high volume of incoming calls.
- Take detailed messages and enter notes forwarded to Community Care Specialists
- Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
- Communicate with managers regarding any request that needs special attention.
- Understand and act in accordance with relevant Community Care Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
- Return all phone calls following company policy.
- Perform any other task which may be necessary for the smooth operation of the management aspect of the Community Care Department

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service for English-speaking customers is mandatory. Experience working with American customers is a plus.
- Call center background
- Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Strong communication skills in English. Capable of being assertive and eloquent.
- Experience having a remote onboarding mandatory.
- Having a second monitor and Jabra headset is highly desirable
- Knowledgeable in MS Suite (training for internal software will be provided)
- Amenable to work on a graveyard shift (flexible to shift on a morning schedule, if necessary)
