Requirements

• High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• 1 year of WordPress technical or Customer support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to engage with customers warmly and effectively; maintain calm under pressure
• Basic knowledge of PHP, CSS, Javascript, and React.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and providing detailed solutions to WordPress-related issues

• Provide professional support through email and chat in a timely manner
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and effective assistance
• Handle high ticker volumes efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Meet key performance indicators (KPI), including: response time (aim for 3 replies per hour), resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for WordPress-related technical issues
• Test new plugin releases and work with the development team on product bugs
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support processes
• Provide feedback to enhance products and services based on customer interactions
