Customer Service Representative (Parañaque City)

This job requires on-site (Parañaque City area) customer support by the CSR. Preferably has his/ her personal laptop.
Understand and document client concerns.
Report documented client concerns.
Answer and resolve client concerns based on the system and process knowledge base.
Prepare reports of all reported concerns
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any college degree
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
