Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Sales

  • Conduct outbound calls to non-active clients with promotional offers to secure bookings.
  • Execute sales calls to leads, presenting promotional offers to convert them into bookings.
  • Manage client bookings using our online booking system.

Customer Service and Communication

  • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, chat messages, and Facebook communications.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally
  • Manage appointment rescheduling as needed
  • Answer incoming client calls and provide assistance
  • Respond to customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, in line with client's protocols.

Sales and Marketing

  • Contact non-active clients to secure future bookings
  • Reach out to active clients with promotional offers
  • Achieve sales and appointment targets consistently

Administrative Tasks

  • Create, reschedule, and manage client appointments
  • Process inbound calls and provide client assistance
  • Follow up with clients and send follow-up emails as required
  • Update the client's booking system with accurate client information (name, email, contact details)
  • Record client interactions according to the client's policy.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Adhere to all client's Booking Protocols and Policies
  • Provide feedback to Management on client reactions to offers
  • Complete daily and weekly reports as required
  • Communicate with salons regarding marketing offers and client matters

Teamwork and Workplace Conduct

  • Proactively assist team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
  • Report any instances of client dissatisfaction to management immediately.
  • Comply with all reasonable management requests and client's Core Values
