The Role

Eastwood, Quezon City (Onsite)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative as an international voice support for a Charity Service Program. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global customers via phone calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, prayers, donations, and etc.
  • Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers.
  • Assist elderly customers, develop solutions to solve the customer needs especially with their orders and other requests.
  • Research required information using available resources: Knowledge Based-Books and Speakers/Scriptures/Bible/Magazine and ETC.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills (Preferably both spoken and written but just spoken is also okay as it is a voice account).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts (including nights and weekends) based on business needs.
  • Willing to work onsite
