This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account Offer) based in Bacolod City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our clients through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues
Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
Excellent written and grammar skills in English
Proficient in using various digital communication platforms and tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
