Key Responsibilities
- Retain customers by offering suitable product transfers
- Manage Product Transfer cases from eligibility checks to completion
- Handle customer queries via email, calls, and letters
- Oversee mortgage servicing processes and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with brokers, solicitors, and third parties for account-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
- Prepare reports and assist in team projects
- Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance
- Perform tasks such as:
- Sending rate quotes to brokers/customers
- Inputting Product Transfer rates
- Following up on missed payments and alerts
- Assisting with loan payoff processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in mortgages or loans preferred
- Background in customer service is essential
- Ability to multi-task, plan, and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
