Customer Service Representative - Mandaluyong City

Basic Salary + Non-Taxable Allowance + 15% Night Differential + Signing Bonus and Medicine reimbursement + HMO once hired!

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate/Highschool graduate (Old curriculum)
• VOICE - with or without BPO experience
• NON-VOICE - must have at least 6 months chat support experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in an office-based setup
• Applicants must be willing to work in PARAGON PLAZA, MANDALUYONG CITY
• Willing to work during Manila night hours (shifting schedules) and weekends

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Connect with our clients to build relationships, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for the business.
• Create a genuine connection with our customers, and identify customer concerns and needs proactively.
• Completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved in one call.
• Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.
