Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Outbound Calls: Proactively contact customers for follow-ups, service reminders, product promotions, or issue resolution.
  • Customer Support: Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and provide feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, and providing order status updates.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales & Promotions: Promote relevant products, services, or promotions to customers, meeting or exceeding sales and call targets.
  • Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow company protocols and guidelines, adhering to quality and compliance standards in customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
